The result has been a measurable improvement in both retention and conversion. By implementing tiered service protocols — where high-value clients receive proactive quarterly reviews and new clients are onboarded with a structured 90-day touchpoint plan — we have reduced policy lapse rates and increased cross-sell success.

Leadership here is not about managing from a distance. I sit with my producers, listen to calls, and coach in real time. The team I have built understands that insurance is a trust business, and trust is earned through consistency, not just price.
