Five years at Dualis Consulting gave me the analytical foundation that underpins everything I do as an operator. Working with businesses across South Florida — from early-stage startups to established mid-market companies — I learned that most business problems are not unique. They are variations of the same core challenges: unclear positioning, undisciplined operations, and misaligned incentives.
My work involved building business models, conducting competitive landscape analyses, and advising founders on market entry strategies. I became fluent in reading financial statements, identifying operational inefficiencies, and translating strategic recommendations into executable plans.
The consulting years also taught me the value of asking the right questions before proposing solutions — a discipline I carry directly into how I run my agencies and approach every new business challenge.
